Today, the practicing Manager is interested to learn how he or she can hone their professional skills. BMA will be exclusively focusing on leadership development. Today the professional Manager needs to constantly evaluate his strength and weaknesses, his career options, vis-à-vis opportunities available both from worldly view of success as well as personal view of success.   BMA aims to provide a good interactive platform to identify skills, pitfalls and opportunities that one will have to face in practical life.

In today’s’ rapidly changing environment THE BHOPAL MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATIONS’ (BMAs) key objective will not only  be inspiring excellence in Management Education but to provide a platform nay a spring board by which the practicing, potential  managers can take a quantum jump and decisions in their professional and personal lives.

The BMA aims at equipping the students in various technical and non-technical Institutions with an understanding and appreciation of the potential of professional education as a route to a successful career.

To our younger generation planning a career in today’s fast paced world is indeed a challenge. The exponential growth in the economy is opening up new opportunities as new businesses sets- in. Further, India now becoming a global hunting ground talent options outside the country are also increasing.

The old paradigm on how to plan or move in value chain in an organization is not the only way to think of a career but to accept a challenge and take an offensive step forward!

The Bhopal Management Association’s Founder Members, who are the prominent personalities from the Business, Industry, Professional and Academic areas, have played a significant role in its formation and have also been elected as the first Executive body of the BMA led by Shri Bharat Patel,Chairman of the Sandhya Prakash Group.

Bhopal’s Business, Industrial, Professional and Educational Community has already shown keen interest in the association by enrolling as the Corporate, Instiutional and Individual members. Total Present membership is around 100 Plus.(Individual PLUS Corporate)

BMA is conducting various innovative programmes like  Lectures and Face to Face programmes with the leading Businesspersons, Professionals and Entrepreneurs. Also it is conducting  Seminars, Conferences, Film Shows and Management Contests targeted at the Executives, Entrepreneurs and the vast Management and Engineering students community of Bhopal.
